Founded by Jason Amis, TogetherYoga promotes peace and wellness through therapeutic movement and compassionate thought. Serving a unique international community, TogetherYoga's mission is inspired by bhakti, the Hindu concept of service. Acting in this spirit of service, Jason uses his training in reiki, yoga, and massage to create vinyasa sequences that balance the body's energy while gently warming, opening, and strengthening muscles. Join us for group classes, yoga retreats, or private yoga, massage, and meditation sessions by appointment. Options for private group classes, fundraising events, corporate workshops, and massage for teams and performing arts groups are also available. |

The Wall Street Journal recently devoted several inches of space to highlighting recent clinical research that points to the therapeutic benefits of massage. Studies show massage can boost immune function, lower blood pressure, reduce inflammation, relieve stress, speed muscle recovery, and boost mitochrondria production, which speeds cellular regeneration. The science indicates massage is most effective when taken in a series, with many of the experiments analyzing results after several weekly sessions. Click here for the full article!
