Group Classes

All classes feature Vinyasa Yoga, a flowing asana practice that engages body and mind in gentle strengthening sequences. Classes are carefully designed to offer a progression of poses that focus the attention, warm the body, engage the muscles, stretch the tissue, and restore the spirit. Unless otherwise noted, all sessions are one hour. Please contact us in advance if you are new to yoga, are returning after an injury, or would like more guidance.

Additional opportunities to practice as a community are available through the TogetherYoga Meetup group. Join us on Meetup to receive notices about impromptu weekly classes and to connect with others in the TogetherYoga community. All Meetup classes are open to the public. Donations are accepted but never required. RSVPs through Meetup help gauge attendance and prevent outdoor class cancellation.  Click here to join!

Donation-based outdoor classes are in full swing! Follow us on Twitter at @togetheryoga for updates on weather cancellations and schedule changes. In general, classes will be held when the ground is dry and the temperature is above 55ºF. Some mats will be available to borrow, but it's best to bring one from home to avoid disappointment. Layered clothing and yoga socks are recommended for cooler days.
